A.J. Welter Contracting was founded by Alexis Welter in 2022. With a family background in construction and a childhood spent working on dirt bikes, jeeps, cars, and trucks, Alexis developed a natural talent for understanding how things work — and how to make them better. That mechanical aptitude, combined with a strong attention to detail, has shaped her approach to residential remodeling and construction.
